Man from Zeta Arrested Over Arson Attack on Vehicle Belonging to Turkish Nationals

Police in Montenegro have arrested a man from the Zeta region suspected of setting fire to a vehicle owned by Turkish nationals, an incident that has drawn significant public attention.
