Milatović's Cabinet: List of candidates for the election of a judge of the Constitutional Court has been established

The President of Montenegro Jakov Milatović has established the List of candidates for the election of a judge of the Constitutional Court of Montenegro, following the public call published on 1 July 2025, as follows:

1. Maja Šćepanović,

2. Mira Kontić,

3. Nikola Golubović,

4. Predrag Krstonijević,

5. Siniša Bjeković,

6. Nataša Radonjić,

7. Elvis Duraković.

The President of Montenegro will form a special commission whose task will be to determine whether the applications of the candidates have been submitted in accordance with the Constitution of Montenegro, the Law on the Constitutional Court and the published Public Call, the Milatović Cabinet announced.

"The President of Montenegro will interview all candidates who applied for the public call and who meet the requirements for the election of a judge of the Constitutional Court and, based on evidence of meeting the requirements for the election and the results of the interview with the candidates, prepare a reasoned proposal for the election of a judge of the Constitutional Court," the statement said.
