The Basic Court in Podgorica ruled in favor of RTCG journalists Andrijana Kadija and Žarko Božović in the proceedings against Radio Television of Montenegro and issued a ruling accepting the claim and annulling as illegal the decision of RTCG of 31 August 2024 on the appointment of Boris Raonić as the General Director of the Public Service.
This is the third first-instance decision of the Basic Court on the illegal election of Boris Raonić.
The first two, based on the lawsuits of Nikola Marković and Srđan Čović, were confirmed by the Higher Court and became final. Let us recall that Boris Raonić has been illegally at the head of the national Public Service for almost four years.
