At least 16 dead in Indonesia landslide

At least 16 people have been killed and ten injured in a landslide triggered by heavy rains in Indonesia, police officials said.

The landslide hit the central province of Indonesia's main island of Java.

At least five people are missing and a rescue operation is underway.

Landslides are common in the Indonesian archipelago during the rainy season, between November and April.
