The representative of the European Union and the Secretary General of the SD Miloš Čelanović wrote today on the social network “X” that the Government of Montenegro will borrow another enormous amount of 900 million euros.
“The Government of Montenegro will borrow us another enormous amount of 900 million euros, and as everyone claims, it is to repay old debts and capital investments,” said Čelanović.
Considering that, as he said, the debt received amounts to 500 million euros and that not a single euro of this debt will go to current spending because our economy is self-sustainable, Čelanović added that he would ask the Prime Minister of Montenegro, Milojko Spajić, to publish the specified capital projects and the amounts that accompany them, which will be realized from the remaining debt in the amount of 400 million euros.
