Šuković bought the apartment below the price, sold it to a Russian citizen for twice the price

Minister of Justice Andrej Milović said that all information about abuses in the security sector is submitted to SDT.
He presented information about the purchase of Predrag Šuković's apartment, stating that it should be investigated whether it is a criminal act of money laundering.
Šuković, through a family member, made a sale from the Commercial Company and bought an apartment of 58m2, in a building where the square footage is over 2000e, and he paid 60,000euro for it and it was paid in cash, the apartment is worth around 120,000e. He stated that it was an exchange and we have the information that the apartment belongs to a family member and we have a purchase agreement where it says purchase. Therefore, the information from the ASK report is falsified. Why did someone hide the fact that someone exchanged and did not buy, that will be determined by the investigation - Milović said.
He further disclosed that after two years, Šuković sold the same apartment to Russian citizen M.M. for 140,000 e in cash, and an hour later he buys a 98 m2 apartment from the same seller from whom he bought a 58 m2 apartment.
It is not in the records of the Customs Administration that a Russian citizen brought cash into the country, and this is the period when there are sanctions on banking transactions from Russia, so the enigma is where the Russian citizen got the cash from and whether it is a criminal offense to launder money for the interest of a Russian citizen. - said Milović at the Board.
He also wonders why a legal entity would sell real estate below the market price.
According to the records, the owner of that legal entity is a person who, according to the information of the service, is connected to OKG, about which the scheme was submitted by DritanAbazović, and there is information that the cash with which the apartment was paid comes from the group that is being prosecuted according to the SDT report - said Milović.
Šuković, responding to Milović, said that all his property comes from my wife's inheritance.
