Today, the opposition prevented the holding of the Assembly, until the decision of the Constitutional Committee is annulled, there will be no regular parliament, said DPS President Danijel Živković.

"The government should have taken into account the consequences we announced due to the violation of the Constitution, if the government wanted to return to a regular state, it would be done in five minutes, however, the government does not want to do that. The opposition is there to protect the Constitution when the government that doesn't work. As far as we're concerned, we have no problem with the government consulting the Venice Commission," said Živković.

The government is responsible and the burden of this is on the government, he added.

"I don't need to remind you that we tolerated anti-constitutional actions, but when the majority dares to behave like this, there is no other choice. As far as I have heard, the work of today's session is over for today. We are next to whatever the president of the assembly decides," said Živković.
