Two mass crimes in Cetinje, twenty-three dead, ten wounded, no murderers, no one responsible.
It seems that there are no responsible people, except for the dead murderers - these are the questions that haunt the family members and the group of citizens gathered daily in protest at Kruševo Ždrijelo.
"It is almost unbelievable, they state in the statement, and it goes against the odds that two mass murders would occur in a place the size of Cetinje in two and a half years? That law of probability is so small that it is almost impossible, if we take into account that nothing similar has ever happened in any place or city on the planet, regardless of the far greater number of inhabitants.
The basic questions are why and who is behind the sloppy investigation of the murders that occurred on August 12, 2022 in Medovina? What did the then Minister of Internal Affairs do and contribute to the investigation, for the death of ten fellow citizens and the injury of several people in that case? What did other institutions, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Health, do? On this occasion, we must point out just some of the shortcomings, states the reaction of a group of citizens of the Royal Capital:
-Who is behind the poorly conducted police action to prevent the murderer from his bloody feast in Medovina?
- Why did the patrol not react to prevent the murderer from being only a hundred meters away from them, which was stationed in front of the Cetinje Monastery.
-Who ordered or why did the same patrol not provide first aid to the wounded, and he asked them for it?
-Where did the murderer who is under criminal investigation get a weapon with a permit?
-Who and why did he not take the footage from the surveillance cameras located at the Cetinje Monastery?
-Who sent unarmed police to the crime scene, that is, without ammunition for their own weapons
-Who stopped the MUP officers from moving towards the murderer, in full view of the gathered people?
-Who let certain people pass by the MUP officers, and a few minutes after the murder of the murderer V.B.?
-What happened to the murderer's phone and where is the report on the complete forensic examination of the device?
These and many other questions have not been answered," say family members and victims.
They also wonder whether a well-conducted investigation of the crime in Medovina could have prevented the mass murders that occurred on January 1, 2025.
"There are citizens who are exclusive in their answer, and it is that there would have been no crime on January 1, 2025.
Considering the equally conducted investigations in both cases, we ask the question, are these omissions in the investigations paving the way for a third mass crime in Cetinje or in Montenegro?
To the proponents of the amendment to the law on road blockades, we first of all recommend that they familiarize themselves with the issue of Kruševo Ždrijelo-Belvedere, for the simple reason that we do not give up on seeking the truth and possible complicity if we come up with some answers.
We would like to introduce the proponents to part of the investigation of the last mass murder in Austria, where the investigative authorities managed to find out about the communication between the murderer from Austria and the mass murderer Kecmanović from Belgrade. I guess that's how it's done, gentlemen, while in Montenegro it is not possible to obtain information about the whereabouts of Vuk Borilović an hour before his bloody feast.
Gentlemen, members of parliament, proposers of amendments to the law, let us recall the words of the Montenegrin bishop,

We also want to apologize to the citizens who are waiting in lines, but as can be seen from the text, the causes of the blockades can be found in Montenegrin institutions or potential proposers of the law, its amendments and changes," the statement of the group of citizens of the Royal Capital of Montenegro states.
