Mohamed Alabar, owner of Eagle Hills, says that the company is present in 18 countries and employs 15,000 people.

"Do you know how many homes we have? Nearly 400,000. I didn’t even know how I got to that number. But here it is—around 400,000 homes in various countries," said Alabar at the ESG Adria Summit.

He emphasized that for the last 29 years, they have only worked on large projects.

The founder of Eagle Hills particularly discussed projects in the region. "In Croatia, the company currently owns 23 hotels that we are adapting, while in Durrës, we are developing a special marina project. When we finish Durrës, it will compete with Monaco," he announced.

He pointed to the company's social responsibility.

He shared that as a child, he lived in social housing with his mother, brothers, and sisters. "In places like Albania, before we start a project, we give away finished apartments to people. We haven’t earned anything yet, but responsible work always pays off."

In Egypt and other countries, they do it differently. "In Montenegro too. For every two or three homes, we build one social one and give it to the local authorities to distribute," Alabar added.

He notes that his company also builds roads, plans, and designs schools, clinics, and hotels.

"I realized we’re not just doing real estate. I need to understand art, beauty, technology, operas, and millions. For me, a poor kid who lived in a room with my brothers and sisters—that I donated 100 million dollars for an opera was a huge honor. I was behind it. Of course, I had no idea how to run an opera, right?" said Alabar.

Alabar has been in the spotlight in Montenegro as a potential investor, especially mentioned in relation to the Velika Plaža in Ulcinj.

"I want you to know that we treat beaches like no one else in the world. I promise you, no one else. Why? Because—by God—we love what we do. We truly love it," Alabar said.

At the end of his presentation, Alabar thanked for the opportunity to present his results and the company. “I love Montenegro. If one day we have projects here, it will be a great honor,” said Mohamed Alabar.
