Bishop Bojović: I cannot be in Potočari with the one who signed the "Fundamental" contract with the SPC

The Bishop of the Montenegrin Orthodox Church (CPC), Boris Bojović, said that this year he will not participate in the commemoration of the 28th anniversary of the genocide in Srebrenica, because the arrival of Prime Minister Dritan Abazović, who signed the Fundamental Agreement with the Serbian Orthodox Church (CPC), has been announced.
Unfortunately, I cannot be in Potočari for this year's commemoration of the genocide. I just can't do it with the one who signed the "Fundamental" contract with the SPC - said Bishop Bojović on Twitter.
Portal Pobjeda announced yesterday that Abazović will participate on behalf of Montenegro in the commemoration of the 28th anniversary of the genocide in Srebrenica, which will be held on July 11 in Potočari.
This year, another 30 victims of the genocide will be buried, the Institute for Missing Persons of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced earlier.
Abazović also participated in the commemoration of the anniversary of the genocide last year, but his speech on that occasion caused strong reactions from the public.
Abazović then, speaking at the commemoration in Potočari, said that "genocide was not committed against Bosniaks, but against people. And it was not committed by armies, but by policies of evil, death and fraud".
He apologized afterwards, saying that he had not had a clear thought.
Forgive the mothers of Srebrenica for the vaguely expressed thought. It is known that every work depends on its goal. My goal is peace. The genocide committed against Bosniaks in Srebrenica should never be repeated to anyone - said Abazović at the time.
