A protest has been announced in Kotor for today, namely 23 minutes of silence for the 23 victims of two mass murders in Cetinje.
The protest will be held on the City Riva at 5:26 p.m.
The citizens of Nikšić and Bar have also announced new road blockades for today in support of the demands of the informal student group "Where to Tomorrow?".
The people of Bar will block the intersection near the Department Store for 23 minutes at 5:26 p.m. today, while the people of Nikšić have scheduled "23 minutes of noise" at the intersection in front of the Municipality building.
A protest has been scheduled in Cetinje at Kruševo Ždrijelo.
Members of the informal student group "Where to Tomorrow?" will join the blockades of citizens in Nikšić and Cetinje today.
