The Bosniak Party has once again reacted to the statement of MP Pejović and her call to educate themselves in order to properly understand the term nationalist party, and how Pejović qualified them.
The BS says that they are demanding another apology from Pejović.
- We demand another public apology from MP Jevrosima Pejović and regretfully state that the MP, instead of apologizing for the unacceptable qualification with which she labeled the Bosniak Party as "nationalist", is trying to obscure the essence of the problem by referring to encyclopedic definitions and, at the same time, consciously, and very maliciously and tendentiously publishing only part of the definition from the "Lexicon of Foreign Words and Expressions" by Milan Vujaklija, and then placing it in a context that insinuates the collective ignorance of Bosniaks, which, at the very least, strongly alludes to chauvinism - the reaction states.
- For the sake of Jevrosima Pejović, foreign, and very important truths for us, but in whole, and not in "useful" parts, in the continuation of the reaction, instead of polemics, we bring the full definition of the word "nationalism" from Milan Vujaklija's "Lexicon of Foreign Words and Expressions", which MP Pejović referred to, giving us only one part of the definition.
"nationalism (fr. nationalisme) populism, patriotism; social, political and cultural action from a national point of view that manifests itself in various forms:
1. as a socio-political and cultural movement of the bourgeois class with the aim of awakening national consciousness, liberation, unification and the creation of a national state;
2. as an ideological and political expression of closure, self-sufficiency and the cult of one's own nation, characterized by a chauvinistic attitude (see chauvinism) and underestimation of the rights and values of other nations and nationalities, national egoism."
Of course, again for the sake of the public, we will also publish a photo from this lexicon so that the public can judge who is telling the truth and who is trying to deceive the public by partially abusing it.
Finally, MP Pejović, do not extricate yourself, you are sinking deeper and deeper.
Instead of showing your greatness with your public apology, as an act of humanity, you have chosen, probably not having the means to be great, to try to extricate yourself with a petty, transparent and low trick.
Once again, apologize to the Bosniak Party, Bosniaks and the entire public for calling us a nationalist party, and then trying to deceive the public, underestimating it to the extreme and considering it elementary ignorant and illiterate, regarding the meaning of this word - said Pejović from the Bosniak Party.
