The Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica has filed an indictment against members of the Radio and Television of Montenegro Council for illegal appointment of Boris Raonić to the position of Director General.
According to information obtained by "Vijesti", members of the RTCG Council are charged with abuse of official position in complicity. The indictment was sent to the Basic Court in Podgorica, and refers to the procedure for electing Raonić as Director General of RTCG, which took place on June 1, 2023.
The indictment was filed against Council President Veselin Drljević and members: Filip Lazović, Amina Murić, Naod Zorić and Predrag Miranović.
The prosecution alleges that they committed the criminal offense of abuse of official position in complicity.
