After the strike of the Employees' Union, the Public Service Broadcaster's reporters headlined the day before yesterday how the director was looking for a lie detector. Although there was neither a director nor a detector there. He wanted it somewhere else, so there had to be a separate news item about it, but why mention the basics of the profession when it doesn't interest him or them. Manipulatively and incorrectly, his special agent combined events from different sides so that it turned out that he was speaking on behalf of the union - the one against whom the protest was being held. The main photo of such a report on the RTCG Portal does not even include the participants in what the general then called a supposed performance. A beauty was highlighted as the front-runner, who has not yet been cleared even with the help of the court. I won't say who.
Speaking behind the strikers' backs, he accused the Media Union of all sorts of things, inviting them to take a polygraph test. So whoever lies "should leave RTCG". The union was shocked. They thought Boris had hired them. Since he was negotiating with someone else, the Employees' Union.
He additionally promised the media yesterday that he would hand them over documents proving everything he was distorting. Of course he didn't. Referring to them, he contradicted the public. Until he shows it, they will complain about him and call him a liar. Rightly so.
They hate him, but he's getting better
Constantly explaining the criticism and lawsuits against him, he seems quite frustrated, he complains that some media concern is undermining his status, and that he is even directing union members against him. Whenever others refute him, it's a conspiracy, or more precisely - a campaign, taking the stance "Public service - that's me". He wants to trivialize criticism with abundant self-praise, abusing the programs he controls. He repeats that his financial reports are spotless, all audits are positive, but he doesn't count the warnings from the DRI or the Government, and the fact that the EU warns that something stinks - that's a small thing for him. Because with him he says "RTCG is growing"! In mysterious units of measurement. After checking, I got the impression that he's not telling the truth, the building is not inflated, nor is it moving. If anyone notices something, let him report it. He tirelessly repeats about some kind of platforms that are flourishing in the house. If his budget manager is among the platforms, I believe him a little. He's been blabbering nonsense about balanced journalism, but he's still brazenly disinforming that he's reduced the number of employees. Not the directors. The number of union members has been reduced. You don't need a detector for that. Which is a lot, it's a lot. If the successes he's highlighting were accurate, he'd probably get some kind of medal from Mandić. But he doesn't mention it. Nor Spajka. He's lying without official recognition and is abusing the staff. And the building. And the surroundings. I expect you to put up a bust in the "park from the Naod era"! Not next to that toilet paper. So that no one thinks anything.
The bully has not been detained
The sudden departure of dozens of people from the union is not a massive exodus, nor evidence of pressure from management if, he explains, we find "one example of someone doing it by force". So, rape is possible, but - one! He sends a message that he wants better for the workers than their representatives. Who, it turns out, are actually asking for lower wages! The mystery remains why he doesn't award more to someone else besides himself (and his own). But - negotiate!
He announces that "despite all the obstructions, management sent all representative and non-representative unions two days ago an invitation to establish the principles for adopting a new Collective Agreement." What kind of obstruction prevented this body of sliding composition from sending the invitation earlier: constipation, obstructive bronchitis, logs, forgotten password, did anyone threaten, the locked-up president of the Council, what are they afraid of? Personally, I think they are afraid of one of the unions' demands that they can only negotiate after Raonic is dismissed. Because of the judicially proven usurpation of office. Anything that would be agreed upon with such a person will legally fall apart tomorrow, they interpret. The one who smells of law does not care for the time being, as if the candle burns forever.
He even controversially revealed that he honored two union negotiators with an editorial position, and they "then demanded a reduction in the coefficients of colleagues from the other union". He did not say the name of the other, probably for well-known ignorant amnesic reasons. We were interested in whether the colleagues also received an apartment. We will find out the names when those documents are also available.
Who is not listening: nothing annex, but a march out
Most importantly, on his portal, the director does not mention, let alone explain, his intention to dismiss without restraint. He is trying to shove this into Kolektivna. Does he love his employees that much?
Finally, the suspicion that he should be examined is raised by the claim that there is no mobbing and the call to those who feel that way "to come out". Although many sensitive people are fighting against that exit. Some were reinstated by court, some are still in litigation, it goes to Strasbourg, while he claims that there are none!
