WRITES: ČASLAV VUJOTIĆ EMPLOYED AT RTCG- AUTHOR: M.J. GDNUS
RTCG has refused to provide former candidates for the general director with the competition documentation regarding last year's appointment of Boris Raonić. He signs it personally, successfully hiding from the public for now how he was elected. Even absurdly referring to the Law on Free Access to Information and the Agency for the Protection of Personal Data and Free Access to Information. We assume, based on the suggestions of our legal advisors, as before, that the laws are not what they say, but how someone interprets them.
He further explained that "the same (documentation) was published on the RTCG portal". Which is not true, because there are no links or any other confirmation of these allegations in Raonić's decision. He says that one should read the RTCG portal to find it, precisely the one that serves him personally. No criticism of him has been published there.
Feigning incompetence, he replied as if the instructions were requested, is there anything of what was requested on the internet, and not the papers to serve justice. If it was published on the website, what is the problem with submitting it upon request? It is suspected that the illegal director would be most hurt by the possible public announcement of the Report of the RTCG Council Commission related to his candidacy, and that such a paper probably does not exist at all.
Also mysterious is the missing, unshown, assessment of lawyers Zeković and Đukanović about the (in)possibility of a third appointment of Boris Raonić as general director. In the end, in addition to dodging laws and state agencies by trying to show the papers that they elected him - Raonić and the company are not even respecting the court order to do so: At the hearing in which one of the candidates is seeking justice, RTCG lawyers did not submit the documentation they "remained obligated to" yesterday. As they say, "by mistake". Which slowed down the process.
Since the student "deferred - passed" does not apply here, the judges are not naive, everything hints at some innovation in, one gets the impression, mocking their efforts. Then Raonić resigned so that they could re-elect him. He and his team initiated a new competition before the verdict. It did not apply to the new one. He continued to be the director without any hindrance, simply mocking the slowness of the judiciary.
