Today, I sincerely regret and sympathize with the families of the victims and the survivor in Srebrenica, the darkest page of our region and Europe, said Titeno President of Montenegro Milo Djukanovic.

True reconciliation can only rest on full truth, justice and acceptance of responsibility. The truth about the past is the way for a peaceful, stable and prosperous future, "Djukanovic said.
