DPS: Milatović is again trying to violate the Constitution and usurp authority

The Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) reacted after, according to Pobjeda, President Jakov Milatović sent a letter to Prime Minister in technical mandate Dritan Abazović a few weeks ago, requesting that his security adviser Dejan Vukšić illegally attend the National Security Council sessions.
The information that Jakov Milatović asked the outgoing Prime Minister that his advisor Dejan Vukšić, the man who once turned the ANB into a branch of the Serbian BIA, attend all the sessions of the National Security Council, if true, is one of the biggest in a series of scandals during the current mandate of the President of the country - pointed out from the DPS.
As they stated, Milatović does not hesitate to trample the Constitution and laws in order to try to infiltrate all segments of the government, even though his competences are clearly defined.
His false perception of himself as Commander-in-Chief of the Army has been the subject of ridicule, but that does not stop him from still trying to usurp power wherever he can - from brutally interfering in the formation of the government and its composition to killing the man who damage to the security sector of the state, first promotes him as his adviser and then tries to insert him into the sessions of the National Security Council contrary to the Constitution and the law - they stated in the announcement.
The DPS is asking Milatović to make a statement about the publicly presented allegations and his unconstitutional behavior.
If he tries to carry out an operation to usurp jurisdiction, he and his advisor, as well as the person who enables him, will face the consequences foreseen for legal violence and violation of the Constitution - they conclude in the announcement.
