The United States of America encourages all political forces that fight for civil values to make efforts for Montenegro to establish political stability and functional institutions, said the US Special Envoy for the Western Balkans Gabriel Eskobar during a meeting with the representative of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) Andrija Nikolić.
