The US Special Envoy for the Western Balkans, Gabriel Escobar, said that he was concerned by the fact that former DF leaders could be part of the Government.
However, he points out that these are decisions made by the Government of Montenegro.
Eskobar, when asked by Pobjeda whether his views on the entry of the ZBCG coalition into the Government have changed, indirectly confirmed that they have not.
"The decision about coalitions and who will enter the government is not the decision of the USA. But we publicly said that we are concerned and that these parties are not a partner of the United States", Escobar said at a press briefing on the eve of his visit to Montenegro.
He said that Montenegro is firmly on the EU path and that it is a reliable NATO ally.
