After last night's signing of the agreement between the opposition and part of the government, German Ambassador to Montenegro Peter Felten announced that he hopes that the two political blocs in Montenegro will be restored to trust.
"We welcome the agreement signed by the leaders of Europe Now and the opposition Democratic Party of Socialists, Social Democrats and Croatian Civic Initiative. We expect that this will be the basis for the continuation of the normal work of the parliament and renewed trust and cooperation between the majority and the opposition, especially when it comes to issues that are of key importance for the process of Montenegro's accession to the European Union," Felten stressed.
At the same time, the German Embassy acknowledged the Head of the EU Delegation to Montenegro, Johann Sattler, for reaching the agreement.
