Plav Municipality President Nihad Canović declared three days of mourning after last night's tragedy in this city when four people lost their lives in a serious traffic accident.
Tuesday 26, Wednesday 27 and Thursday 28 December were declared days of mourning.
In accordance with the adopted Decision, during the day of mourning, flags will be flown at half-mast on the Plav Municipality building, public enterprises founded by the Municipality, facilities of local communities and other institutions in the Plav Municipality area.
On the day of mourning, public, cultural and entertainment programs will not be held in public places.
Three-day mourning was declared in Gusinje as well.
