Katnić wrote to prosecutor Radonjić: Šoškić falsified the transcripts from the investigation - he plans to destroy them with Predrag Šuković

Former Chief Special Prosecutor MIlivoje Katnić, in a letter sent to prosecutor Vukas Radonjić, accused prosecutor Miloš Šoškić of falsifying the transcripts from Sky communication in order to realize the criminal intent of Ćoć Bećirović, Dritan Abazović, Milan Knezević, and of planning to destroy them with Predrag Šuković.

Milivoj Katnić's letter is transmitted in its entirety:

"To the special state prosecutor Vukas Radonjić

Mr. Radonjić, as you have taught me, as a victim, I have the right to propose evidence in criminal cases against prosecutor Šoškić.

Namely, I filed a criminal complaint against the prosecutor Šoškić, and related to the fact that he first falsified the transcripts, and then hid certain ones that were in my favor. In order to better clarify these facts, it is necessary to obtain what he was hiding. They were published in the daily newspaper Vijesti and will be delivered to you by my lawyer Marjan Marković.

In order for you to understand the extent of my legal interest in securing this evidence, which by the way Europol delivered to the Montenegrin police and which, according to my information, is in the special police team, from where it "mistakenly" got into the Dnevni list vijesti, and they, not realizing that it is the crowning evidence of the publication the same, I cite the transcript that prosecutor Šoškić falsified, and used as such for my arrest, and then omitted the one that he hid and which clearly indicates what it is about.

The communications that the prosecutor Šoškić changed (falsified), which he stated in the order for the investigation and which led to my arrest, are from December 3, 2020 at 13:37,41 between Petar Lazović and Radoj Zvicer, to which the quote is attached " and the doula dad asked kata to be left out, every agony killed him from the cart". Regarding this claim by Petar Lazović that his father Zoran Lazović helped the Kavčani clan to prevent their prominent member Duško Roganovići from being arrested, it happened to the former chief special prosecutor only one day later, on December 4, 2021, when six members of this clan were arrested. Ljubo Milović and Radoje Zvicer communicate via sky communication, which is hidden by prosecutor Šoškić. So Milović sends a message to Zvicer, "Nothing, they don't have a doula." To this message, Zvicer replies, "Nothing, but he presented (Petar Lazović) as if they helped him."

To that, Ljubo Milović replied to Zvicer what he found out from his most trusted man, Igor Stamatović, known as Batica, otherwise a policeman who was an insider and who received information from the investigative team. This is Milović's most trusted man who is now on the run with him. Here's the message, "and they could have packed him up so that he could prove himself, but there is nothing, according to the old man (Ivan Stamatović), that witness (Kankaraš Milan) did not threaten him, but he said that he knew his name on the crypt (animal). They could add to it and invent it, but what can they do" at the end of the quote.

So, Mr. Prosecutor, let me repeat to you once again, although I think this is clear as day. Milović and Zvicer know that Zoran Lazović did nothing to help Petar Lazović. They have a source of information that my investigative team had no evidence for Dusko Roganović. They know it was decided that way. And so it was decided because I, who was always the last, made a decision according to my conscience and I never set anything up for anyone, but based on the best knowledge I had, I made decisions for Duško Roganović and Slobodan Kašćelan and Duško Knežević and Sveto Marović and dozens of others.

Why doesn't prosecutor Šoškić interpret this this way, and he can't do otherwise. Because he had to falsify this first transcript and hide the second one in order to realize the criminal intent of Bećirović, Dritan Abazović, Milan Knezević and many others. There is no doubt that prosecutor Šoškić and the head of the Special Police Team, Predrag Šuković, will do everything to destroy these transcripts, so it is necessary to take them from the daily news without delay, request them officially from the special police team, and by God, from Europol as well." - concludes in Katnić's letter.

As a reminder, Katnić and former high-ranking police officer Zoran Lazović were arrested on April 14 in an operation by the Special Police Department. The former chief special state prosecutor went on a hunger strike on April 14, right after he was deprived of his liberty because, as he stated, acting special prosecutor Miloš Šoškić "deliberately violated his human rights". Due to the treatment of the Special State Prosecutor's Office, the detained Katnić went on a hunger strike on May 6, which he ended on May 27.
