Lukšić, Damjanović and Konjević jointly founded a consulting firm

Igor Lukšić, Raško Konjević and Aleksandar Damjanović, former ministers of finance of Montenegro, founded a company for consulting activities related to business and other management, together with former employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Bojan Bugarin

According to data from the Central Register of Business Entities (CRPS), the name of the company is Trustrock consulting network. The limited liability company (DOO) was registered on March 18, and the company's headquarters are in Podgorica in Vojvode Maša Đurovića Street.

The founding capital of the company is four euros, that is, all the founders who have a 25 percent share each gave one euro for the establishment of the company.

Igor Lukšić was the Minister of Finance as a member of the Democratic Party of Socialists from 2004 to 2010, when he was elected Prime Minister. As a member of the Social Democratic Party, Raško Konjević was the Minister of Finance in the 2016 Electoral Trust Government, while Aleksandar Damjanović held that position on behalf of the Socialist People's Party in the minority Government from April 2022 to October 2023.

Lukšić is a professor at the University of Donja Gorica, and after finishing his political career, he spent five years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in the position of business development leader. Konjević is currently in the position of secretary of the Montenegrin Association of Employers (CUP), while Damjanović finished his post as a minister five months ago.
