A man named V.D. was burned in a fire that occurred this afternoon in the village of Perotin, located between Vodno, Gradina and Borova, near Pljevlja, PV Informer reports.
His sister, S.D., who suffered burns, was transported by ambulance to the Pljevlja General Hospital.
Due to the fire that broke out, the ambulance medical staff managed to reach the injured man with utmost efforts, but they could only confirm his death.
Members of the Pljevlja Municipality Protection and Rescue Service with two fire trucks are also on the scene, trying to prevent the spread of the fire, which spread from the meadow and affected a larger area of coniferous forest.
