I sent warm and fraternal congratulations on the occasion of January 9th - the birth day of the Republika Srpska to the President of the Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, the Prime Minister of the Republika Srpska, Radovan Višković, and the President of the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska, Nenad Stevandić, announced the President of the Assembly and leader of the NSD, Andrija Mandić.
"May this January 9th also be a confirmation of the commitment of the Serbian people to the values of freedom, justice, peace and a common future, which are the guarantee of progress for all of us in the Balkans," said Mandić.
Let us recall that the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina declared Republika Srpska Day unconstitutional.
Mandić's greeting card is strongly condemned by the opposition, minority parties that are part of the ruling majority, as well as several Montenegrin intellectuals and organizations.
