The President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Andrija Mandić, imposed a measure of "deprivation of the floor" on the members of the opposition because they did not allow the session to be held on Friday.
"In accordance with Article 108 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, due to the violation of order in the Parliament of Montenegro and acting contrary to the provisions of the Rules of Procedure, I impose the measure of disqualification," Mandić informed the deputies.
