Most Montenegrin media outlets reported this evening that the Speaker of the Parliament Andrija Mandić had invited the "opposition" to a meeting that was supposed to be held tomorrow. According to Antena M, this news is not true.
The leader of the URA civic movement, Dritan Abazović, guesting tonight on TV Nova, said that he had no information about the meeting and that he had not received any invitation until the start of the show at 8 p.m.
The HGI and DUA clubs had not received any invitation, nor had they any information about the alleged meeting, Adrijan Vuksanović told Antena M.
We also received the same response from SD MP Branislav Nenezić.
According to unofficial information from Antena M, Mandić called a DPS MP by phone this morning and suggested that they meet and discuss the current situation in the Parliament. The Speaker of the Parliament did not mention any meeting with all opposition representatives, and the DPS did not show interest in a "one-on-one" conversation with Mandić, noting that problems in the work of the parliament should be resolved at the Collegium, which has not been scheduled for months.
