Milović: I submitted evidence to the SDT about Šuković's connection with a criminal group, Šuković: I cannot comment on the "blue notebook"

SOURCE: POBJEDA / M.J.
Minister of Justice Andrej Milović said that he handed over to the SDT information about the connections of the head of the Special Police Department, Predrag Šuković, with an organized criminal group from Budva against which the SDT is conducting proceedings, with evidence, contracts and reports.
Milović announced this at the beginning of the Security Committee session.
I also submitted the case files for the Čamgoz Binali extradition case so that the SDT could determine whether I did something illegal or not - said Milović.
He said that he was also heard in the Do Kwon case, and that he presented everything that was in the minutes to the SDT.
Who is the creator of the allegations in the "Blue Notebook"
Committee President Miodrag Laković asked SPO head Predrag Šuković if he was the creator of the allegations in the "blue notebook".
Predrag Šuković, head of the SPO, said that in the case of the "Blue Notebook" he must follow the law.
Everyone is considered invisible until their guilt is proven by court decisions. State authorities, the media are obliged to comply with this. Bearing in mind that the proceedings against Milo Božović before the High Court are ongoing, and that the "blue notebook" was submitted to the court by the defense as evidence and that I can be heard as a witness on that occasion, I am not in a position to give statements before the statement to the High Court to the court - said Šuković.
Šuković said that the SPO has been under all kinds of attacks in recent months and that he does not mind the attacks on him and that they do not touch him.
If they think that attacks on me will disrupt the fight against crime, they are mistaken. If the attacks bother us for work, they don't. It happened to me that I was watching Milović give an interview where he mentioned me, but it struck me as if he was talking about Zelenski - said Šuković.
Šuković said that now the attacks are multi-layered and people from the SPO are being attacked, who handle the most complex and subtle cases.
He won't be able to do that anymore. I am here to protect them - he said.
He said that the attacks on him in the case of Do Kwon started when he sat down in a cafe with the then Prime Minister Abazović.
I begged the man to come and see me because of personnel problems in UP. We will not ask what happened and how he was, but I asked for support regarding those things, but no one mentioned either Do Kvon or Milojko Spajić - said Šuković.
He said that Andrej Milović was a paparazzo who took pictures of him and the prime minister.
That conversation of half an hour was recorded by Andrej Milović, he was a paprazzo, but I did not sit down with the head of OKG, as he (Milović) did. Now the problem is that I sat down with the prime minister and then I was introduced that I created the Do Kwon affair. It goes on for months. Give me the evidence that I participated in the Do Kwon Affair - added Šuković.
He also referred to the accusations related to the work of the Special Police Department and possible abuses.
Or else, this looks like a cover-up. You come because of one topic, of which there is nothing, is that right, so now we are going to trample you, as is done these days on these portals. I'm begging you once again. So, they don't bother me, and I've been through worse things. To tell me here what the SPO did about the abuse in the Do Kwon case. Minister. So, about the affair while we have nothing. Let me underline that - stressed Šuković after one part of the discussion, considering that there is no evidence for the accusations against the SPO and him - he stated.
The Minister of Justice, Andrej Milović, said that he would first focus on, as he said, Šuković's interesting connections with the criminal group from Budva.
I said I'm holding off on that right now until we've done one round of presentations and then I'll move on. I am not causing any confusion among the SPO unit, because I have not accused any of those people of anything or the like. I spoke exclusively about you - emphasized Milović in his answer to Šuković, denying that he is accusing SPO officials but only him - he emphasized.
Committee members insist that Minister Milović state everything he has to say in the Do Kwon case.
Živković: The blue notebook depicts the chaotic state of the security sector
The blue notebook depicts the chaotic state of the security sector, DPS leader Danijel Živković said at today's meeting of the Committee.
What the current indications point to is that the head of the SPO gave confidential information that he was not allowed to to the now suspect Milo Božović. Of course, we still don't have any resolved dilemmas, because the proceedings on the question of the blue notebook are ongoing, but what certain indications point to is that Šuković, as a member of the Police Department, gave information from the Police Directorate to the head of an organized criminal group, who is suspected, that is, now in the control phase of the indictment against Milo Božović, who deals in drug trafficking - stated Živković.
He asked Šuković several questions, mostly about his relationship with Milo Božović.
Did you seek the consent of your superiors in the Police Directorate to cooperate with Milo Božović and to give him instructions regarding the session of the Defense and Security Committee? What kind of relationship do you have with the arrested Perović? Have you had a situation in your career in which you gave secrets to Mr. Perović? At the time of the cooperation regarding the Defense and Security Committee Session, did you know what Milo Božović was doing and did you have operational information that he was suspected of dealing in narcotics trafficking? - asked, among other things, Živković.
He also asked the question whether Šuković knew that Božović, at the time he cooperated with him at the ANB, during the management of the Agency by the former director Dejan Vukšić, was marked as a person who was being processed by domestic and foreign intelligence structures as a person which belongs to the organized criminal group "Budvanska".
The leader of the DPS also asked GST Vladimir Novović whether he insisted that Mr. Šuković be the head of the SPO, to which Novoić told him that he had given his consent to that.
Milović showed that he had access to "top secret" data
The Minister of Justice showed Šuković a document that, he said, gave him access to top secret data since December of this year.
PES MP Jevrosima Pejović asked Šuković if he is in possession of information that "incriminates the Minister of Justice and possibly links him to criminal groups."
She asked Novović if he had information that Do Kwon's laptops had been replaced, which Milović claimed.
The letter sent to the SDT says that Do Kwon cooperated with Spajić, the second that he met with him in Belgrade, while Do Kwon was wanted and the third thing is that Do Kwon established that they were third parties, i.e. people from the blockchain community financed Spajić's presidential campaign. Since I was then in the party that stood behind Spajić, I was interested in the answers to these questions - said Pejović.
She asked Milović about the decision not to extradite Binal Čamgoz, and whether citizens can be calm while he is the Minister of Justice.
Answering this question, Milović said that it is about a person who is disabled, which, as he said, was stated in the report of the court person from Harvard.
It is about a person who is a Kurd, who was recognized by the constitutional court of Turkey as having killed his son, and that he is a member of the PKK, Abdullah Ocalan. When you take into account the accumulation of those things, it is right to make such a decision - replied Milović.
He is aware, he says, that it could be a member of a criminal group, and possibly a dangerous person.
But we have to take care of human rights, as required by the European Convention on Human Rights. I referred to that and tested the decision with the judges of the Constitutional Court, and the president of the court confirmed the decision - said Milović.
He then said that he had come prepared, and pointed out that he would talk about Telman Ismailov, who he claims was granted asylum during the time of Minister of the Interior Sergej Sekulović.
He pointed out that Ismailov, who is accused of double murder, hangs out with Abazović and goes to his advisor's wedding.
Abazović said that in case of non-extradition of Čamgoz, he suspects corruption, and that the alleged altruistic reasons that Milović enumerates do not hold water.
He said it doesn't affect who his advisers invite to the festivities.
Open or closed session
On the agenda of today's session of the Committee is the control hearing of the Minister of Justice Andrej Milović, the head of the Special Police Department Predrag Šuković and the chief special prosecutor Vladimir Novović on potential abuses in the Special Police Department regarding the undertaking of official actions regarding the South Korean citizen Do Kwon and other current security issues.
At the beginning of the session, Milović requested that the entire session of the Committee for Security and Defense be open to the public, after the President of the Committee, Miodrag Laković, previously suggested that part of the session be open and part closed to the public.
Milović claims that he has nothing to hide, and called for the session to be open. However, in the end, it was voted that the first part of the session will be open to the public, while the second part will be closed.
Special State Prosecutor Vladimir Novović pointed out at the beginning of the session that the topic of the session was too broad, and said that he would only be able to answer questions related to a specific topic.
The topic of the session is about potential abuses in the Special Police Department regarding the undertaking of official actions regarding the South Korean citizen Do Kwon, and this is the only topic for which I prepared, other security issues I did not prepare for, because it was not specified in the decision and invitation - he said Novović.
MP Milan Knežević said that they cannot focus only on Do Kwon, but that the Committee should also deal with other security issues.
