Missing the documentation on the destruction of pebbles on Morača

The conductor of the Civil Inspection case disappeared from the office of the Ministry of Ecology, Spatial Planning and Urbanism, adding from that government department, adding that the case was reported to the police.

We inform the public that the conduct of the Ministry of Ecology, Spatial Planning and Urbanism has disappeared on the period on December 23 to 31 last year, which are entered by the CEOs, ie construction inspection - said from the Ministry. They said that the Minister Ana Novaković-Đurović reported the case to the police, as well as expecting the initiation of the proceedings.

From that period, it should be the solution to the inspection of the demolition of the Pebble Montenegro Petrol on the coast of Morača, which was then demolished on February 13 this year. The representative of this company Nikola Martinović demanded that he was delivered to his demolition, which he never received, although he sent two urgencies to the Special Prosecutor's Office.

A preparatory hearing was held in the Commercial Court for Montenegro Petrol law, which requires compensation of four million euros for destroyed equipment.

The destruction of the plant then attended Prime Minister Dritan Abazovic and the Ministers of Agriculture Vladimir Joković, Filip Adžić and Ana Novaković-Đurović. In February, Abazovic promised Martinovic's lawyer to deliver all the documentation regarding the demolition of the concrete production plant in Mahala on February 13th. Martinovic later told the media that it did not happen.

NOVAKOVIĆ-Đurović said yesterday that she initiated measures for determining responsibilities in the Ministry itself.

It is a matter of inspection supervision and have the basis to doubt the document was stolen to prevent the adequate functioning of the Ministry in this area - NOVAKOVIĆ-ĐUROVIĆ said. As she said, this may correspond to different structures, including criminal, because in this way, the activities of inspection supervision, but also the entire work of the Ministry. - Not to prejudice the outcome of the proceedings, I expect to have an epilogue of this situation very quickly. We will wait for the completion of the proceedings and inform the public about the outcome - said Novaković-Đurović. She said that, in order to prevent similar situations, in addition to determining responsibilities, they also consider the introduction of rigorous, even unpopular measures to control employees and parties, if necessary.
