Mugoša: There were some delays, but the election day passed without major irregularities

The President of the State Election Commission (SEC) Nikola Mugoš said at the press conference that there were certain delays and minor irregularities, but that in general the election day is proceeding without any major irregularities.
According to the data of the SEC, 6.58 percent of voters voted in Andrijevica, 5.40 percent in Bar, 5.54 percent in Berane, 4.45 percent in Bijelo Polje, 7.25 percent in Budva, 5.94 percent in Cetinje, in Danilovgrad 9.95 percent, Gusinje 1.93 percent.
5.09 percent of voters voted in Herceg Novi, 7.73 percent in Kolašin, 4.92 percent in Kotor, 8.95 percent in Mojkovac, 9 percent in Nikšić, 3.53 percent in Petnjica, 3.09 percent in Plava, and 8.55 percent in Pljevlja. , 10.77 percent in Plužine and 7.95 percent in Podgorica.
By nine o'clock, 1.5 percent of voters had voted in Rozaje, 11.76 percent in Šavnik, 6.26 percent in Tivat, 2.38 percent in Tuzi, 2.65 percent in Ulcinj, 5.08 percent in Žabljak and 5.45 percent in Zeta.
The total turnout was 6.4 percent until nine o'clock - said Mugoša.
542,154 citizens have the right to vote in elections, and polling stations are open until 8 p.m.
