The idea of the parliamentary majority is that on June 27 (because the Rules of Procedure allow no later than 24 hours before the start of the session to be put in the agenda amendment procedure) to amend the agenda with the Resolution on Jasenovac - announced Social Democrat (SD) deputy Boris Mugoša.
In this context, he said that the parliamentary majority, after receiving IBAR, is returning to ideological factory settings.
- The President of the Parliament (Andrija Mandić) and the leader of the parliamentary majority schedules a session for June 28 and June 21 in violation of the Rules of Procedure because he schedules the same without any agreement at the Collegium and without putting the mandatory opposition items on the agenda (both obligations under the Rules of Procedure). ... He did not even mention that session at the two collegiums that were held in the previous week... - stated Mugoša in a post on the social network X .
He points out that Mandić could have put that point on the agenda when scheduling the session for June 28 - but he did not do so in order to avoid the story of the Resolution on Jasenovac in the meeting of the Intergovernmental Conference on the accession of Montenegro to the EU and obtaining of IBAR, which takes place on June 26.
- And after receiving IBAR, the majority returns to ideological factory settings, political trade and blackmail as their key cohesive factor - the Resolution on Jasenovac, the removal of Milović (this also serves as an object of trade and blackmail) and the reconstruction of the Government, which includes the constituents of the former DF (NSD and DNP)... - said Mugoša.
The story about citizenship, he says, served as another indicator of PES's loyalty to the agreement with NSD and DNP.
- A similar scenario is being prepared regarding the flag... The only enigma surrounding the reconstruction is the status of one party that is currently in the Government (in one or two pieces) and one that may enter that Government... A realistic scenario or... We will soon find out if my friend is right - concluded Mugoša.
