Nikolić: By announcing changes to the Law on Citizenship, Mandić confirmed that the government's goal is the "Serbian world", not the EU

The scandalous announcement by the president of the New Serbian Democracy, Andrija Mandić, that there are plans to amend the Law on Citizenship, which would enable ethnic engineering, is another confirmation that Montenegro has received an anti-European government whose goal is to drown our country in the "Serbian world" and not further integration path towards the European Union, said the spokesman of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), Miloš Nikolić.
With this, Mandić confirmed once again what he said a few days ago in the Parliament of Montenegro when he said that his goals are still the same - but the rhetoric and methods are different. And his goals were always more than clear - both when he opposed the independence of Montenegro and when he went on hunger strike for the independence of Kosovo and when he attempted a coup d'état and when he announced the withdrawal of Montenegro from the NATO alliance, and when he called Putin the president of the "majority of Montenegro" - said Nikolić.
As he said, by announcing the changes to the Law on Citizenship, Mandic set the priority for the new parliamentary majority, and confirmed what, after all, was clear to everyone - that the government formed in this way will not lead Montenegro into the European Union, but directly under the auspices of the "Serbian world".
Regardless of the fact that Mandić tries to resemble Aleks Bečić in his statements, which are full of phraseology and empty platitudes, it is clear that his political activities are still aimed exclusively at realizing the interests of Greater Serbian nationalism in Montenegro, and that every government which directly depends on him can only be anti-European and pro-Russian - concluded Nikolić.
