The President of the Parliament of Montenegro Andrija Mandić hosted a formal reception tonight on the occasion of the important jubilee of the 118th year since the introduction of parliamentarism in Montenegro. The reception was held in Villa Gorica, and as indicated by the media, it was broadcast on the Parliamentary channel RTCG.
However, the reception started about twenty minutes late. Based on the TV recording, it could be noted that Prime Minister Milojko Spajić did not attend the reception. Among the ministers, those from the DF and only a few MPs from PES and ZBCG were present. There was no one from BS, not even the Vice President of the Assembly Nurković. Among the representatives of the Albanian parties, the presence of Nikola Camaj, vice-president of the Assembly, was recorded. In the photos from the reception, the presence of Marjan Šarec, the EP rapporteur for Montenegro, as well as the EU ambassador to Montenegro Johan Satler was noticed.
The reception was attended by European parliamentarians, who were in Podgorica today. Tomas Vajc, on behalf of the delegation of the European Parliament, but not Tomislav Sokol and Sunčana Glavak.
Interestingly, the RTCG delegation was the most numerous at the reception.
