If they assess that it is necessary to form a case regarding the glorification of war criminal and Chetnik commander Pavle Đurišić in the "Radovče" restaurant in Podgorica, the Podgorica Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) will inform the public in a timely manner.

This is how they answered the questions of Television E, whether they plan to form a case regarding this event and whether the elements of a specific criminal offense can be identified, taking into account the historical and social context of the glorification of Pavle Đurišić.

In the Radovče restaurant in the center of Podgorica, which is owned by the "Sergije Stanić" School for Secondary and Higher Vocational Education, i.e. the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation, a celebration was held during which Pavle Đurišić was sung and cheered, reminds Portal ETV.

In their response to Television E, the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica stated that they continuously monitor developments and events, and that they react in all cases in which there is suspicion that a criminal offense or misdemeanor has been committed within their jurisdiction.
