Perović enters ASK, claims she is the director

Former ASK director Jelena Perović, accompanied by her defense attorney Nikola Martinović, has been trying to enter the institution since this morning, claiming that she is its head, all after the Administrative Court on Friday overturned the decision on her dismissal and ordered a new decision.

Lawyer Nikola Martinović confirmed to Pobjeda that he is with Perović in front of the Agency, who says that Dušan Drakić and his associates are not allowing them to enter the office.

In a statement for the RTCG portal, he said that he will not give up until they are given a written decision banning entry.

- The director told us that he cannot. So when we asked him to give it to us in writing, to tell us on camera, then he realized that he did not want to say that, but we have enough witnesses - Martinović tells the Javno servisi portal,

He reiterates that Drakić is not allowing Jelena Perović to execute the Administrative Court's ruling.

Martinović adds that Drakić has gathered a few people from the union who, as he says, are dealing with Jelena Perović's past, and not with the decision of the Administrative Court.

He says that he will be there for some time to try to enforce the verdict.

- So, they told us, you can't come. They blocked the office. Everything is locked, there is no key. There is the director with two of his associates who we are insistent on saying that she cannot work. I just expect him to give me a paper for that. He won't give me a paper for that because now it is a criminal body and he knows that everything that is being done this morning is a criminal body, but he knows it - says Martinović.

He notes that he will contact the prosecutor's office and the prosecutor's office will resolve it.

- So, this is not the first time, I will remind you that the same case was with Svetlana Vujanović in the Supreme Court. So this is not something legally strange.
