After the meeting of the commission formed to review the representativeness of our trade union organization, we finally received a request stating the reasons for initiating this procedure from the president of the RTCG Employees' Union, Jadranka Drobnjak, announced from the Representative Trade Union Organization RTCG.
We are transcribing their speech in its entirety:
"The reasons that decide us to submit this request are reflected in the existence of a well-founded suspicion that this Trade Union
the organization does not meet the special condition prescribed by Article 10 paragraph 1 of the Law on Trade Union Representativeness".
As we, unfortunately, assumed, President Drobnjak is not disputing numerous illegalities carried out, repeatedly by court decisions, by the illegal director general of the Public Service, which also affect the membership of the trade union she chairs, but the number of members of the Representative Trade Union is disputed.
The request was made a few days after the sudden, unclear statements of some of our members, all under the influence of the "well-intentioned advice" given to them.
Workers' problems, unclear personnel transfers, threats of layoffs, numerous mysterious plans for the famous "systematization" are out of focus, but that is why she is clearly helping the management, perhaps even directly, in the project to destroy the Representative Trade Union Organization.
It remains unclear whether, after the farcical election of the general director of the Public Media Broadcaster (as we are called now, according to the new law), Mr. Raonic signed a new contract, or, it is certain, that he is still acting, which, surprisingly, unionist Drobnjak is not up for verification.
We who also check union colleagues are disputable. By her servility to management, she directly supported absolute lawlessness in RTCG.
In the end, we say, repeatedly by court decisions, the illegal general that pressure on the work of the union by the employer, directly or through "advisors", is a criminal offense.
Admittedly, the public is already aware that breaking the law is not a problem for him, and the obedience of "subjects" has something to maintain. Apartment or dismissal?"
