The first hearing against RTCG regarding the election of director Boris Raonić, following the lawsuit filed by the first two of eight candidates, was postponed because none of the Public Service's defense attorneys appeared in court this morning.
This marked the beginning of a process in which all registered candidates for the position of director general of RTCG sued that institution for a non-transparent and mysterious election.
"If you ask me, the "drag" process has begun, which in our judiciary can lead to justice arriving late. As in the case of Raonić's first two appointments," said one of the candidates, Časlav Vujotić, in a statement.
Let us recall that the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica recently filed an indictment against members of the Council of the Radio and Television of Montenegro for the illegal appointment of Boris Raonić to the position of General Director on June 1, 2023.
