The RTCG management continued its frequent communication with workers yesterday. Such a manner of treatment, in written form, did not occur while someone from the management was negotiating with someone from the union - about some coefficients, according to a statement from the Union of the Public Broadcasting Service RTCG.
"The RTCG management is sending as evidence a document of consent to initiate the procedure for correction of coefficients, registered under 01-6621, 26.09.2024. The document was signed by the illegal general, assistant professor and two unions. One participated in the negotiations who, fortunately, did not give consent in the end. Therefore, the management must understand the essential difference between consent to start the process and consent to end the process with agreed coefficients," the Union emphasizes.
For reasons unknown to them, they add, Jadranka Drobnjak, one of the signatories of the consent to initiate the procedure - with letter 01-6552, dated September 25, initiated the procedure to review the representativeness of the Trade Union organization Public Broadcasting Service RTCG.
"Which Raonić gladly accepted, and his emissaries visited the workers with ready discharge papers. The wrong division of apartments with the wrong regulation is proof that this was not a one-time and accidental act. This is now, unfortunately, also happening to colleagues from the Employees' Union," the statement states.
If management really cares about shedding light on the obscure process, as the Union is saying, let them say under what number the letter from the Ministry of Finance was filed, which colleagues from the Union of Employees are quoting:
"From the submitted document, we did not receive an explanation on what basis the General Director and the Assistants to the General Director receive a bonus under the employment contract, or whether it is a bonus to the basic salary or a variable part of the salary. Bearing in mind the fact that in these cases, the amount of the bonus is higher than the basic salary, we point out that such a way of determining the salary renders meaningless the institute of salary and coefficients established by the Collective Agreement, which also leads to a violation of the principle of transparency."
Finally, they add, both the Ministry of Finance and the State Audit Office have noticed irregularities and lack of transparency in the salaries of the illegal Boris Raonić and his management, using the precise term - rendering meaningless.
"They were probably prompted to do this by the first "agreed" request, the essence of which was that Raonić should have a higher coefficient than the Prime Minister and that he should be allowed to resign at will.
From all this, the conclusion is that all professionals in RTCG must participate in the negotiations and final approvals, through various forms of organization and unions. The only one who certainly does not belong there is the multiple illegal general director. The condition for any meaningful activities where we, as a responsible institution, could negotiate with the State is the dismissal of Raonić - for violating the law", the statement concludes.
They also call on other unions that Raonić "destroys or publishes on the Portal, to join the Request".
