The higher state prosecutor's office in Podgorica formed a case regarding the interview of former president Milo Đukanović, which was published by "Antena M" and broadcast by several Montenegrin media.
This was confirmed by the head of the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica, Lepa Medenica.
She stated that the Police Administration submitted the interview of Đukanović to the prosecutor's office for evaluation in order to review the possible existence of elements of a criminal offense for which prosecution is undertaken ex officio.
She said that, if necessary, other measures and actions will be taken in order to make a decision.
