Citizens of Cetinje and other Montenegrin cities held a protest in the capital on the eve of the first spring session of the Parliament of Montenegro, and in revoltes due to the arrival of the President of the Parliament of Andrija Mandić.
One of the messages from the protest is that Cetinje "will not suffer Andrija Mandić and his 30 years of fascism."
