The RTCG Commission for Resolving Housing Issues received numerous complaints after the announcement of the decision on the allocation of apartments. The complaint to the new "executive list", as well as the appeal that was rejected, was filed by journalist and former candidate for the position of RTCG Director General Časlav Vujotić.
He also submitted the complaint to the media, including RTCG, as an illustration of the way in which the Public Service Council rejects complaints. We are publishing his reaction in full:

You did not deny that the Regulation for resolving housing issues of employees prioritizes the housing needs of management members. Their salary coefficient, even though they have been in the company for a short time, is favorable compared to people who have spent a long career at RTCG. Those brought in as bosses lead the list instead of being at the back. You created a system where a few years of close cooperation with Raonic are more important than waiting for an apartment for a lifetime.
You did not deny, with subtlety, that the winners of loans for housing construction or renovation can also grab an apartment. In vain I asked "Then why did they get a loan if they don't have an apartment?". Instead of an answer, you point out that the regulations are "available to everyone". No way!
I reported, for example, a suspicion that a former associate of the company was provided with a job in the collective, and he will also get an apartment. You could have asked who it was. I did not name him, so - how do you know it is not true? Someone from the commission could have asked for information about a colleague who lives in the same house with her mother, two brothers, their wives and children and received 0 points. You did not mention it, but then declared some kind of strange "executive" list, and even organized banks to distribute loans to those listed there. To complete the process as soon as possible. There is no flaw in a job well done?
Instead of precise counterarguments, I read what pains you went through: "you thoroughly and carefully approached" the inappropriate allegations of the complainant. You appreciated "conscientiously and carefully" so - there is nothing to discuss. You outlined how you adhered to the principle that protects the individual from arbitrariness... strange, strange ... and which has its roots in the more general principle of the European Convention on Human Rights - the right to a reasoned decision. In your opinion, a human right is that the list for obtaining an apartment is headed by a person appointed as director during your term and not the doyen of the collective? Therefore, I stated sadly "The Regulation is not a Regulation but a setup".
For solving housing problems brought. You did not dispute, although you cover yourself with sentences that are, I assume, similar to your most recent attorney, that "the decision contains reasons that are clear and legally sufficient to respond to the essential aspects, factual, legal, substantial, procedural arguments of this candidate." I praise you, don't let anyone think about the mental pain!
Complaints have been filed with both the Constitutional and Administrative Courts against the Rules of Procedure, according to which you are now acting inexorably - so think about whether you are allowed to do what you are doing, at least morally, under that anathema.
If your conscience is activated, I expect you to annul the freaking rules of procedure and create a new one with a commission made up of lawyers and everyone whose complaints you have rejected. Cunning, and you are, plus you will remain clean before the people. I don't know about God, I am not an expert, and it seems he did not participate in the competition.
