Troll army against Milatović: He is threatened with marches "for treason"

SOURCE: ANTENA M / AUTHOR: M.J. GDNUS

The day after the meeting of representatives of the Democratic Party of Socialists, the coalition "For a Better Podgorica", the European Union and the Party of European Progress on the formation of a government in Podgorica, an army of well-organized trolls was activated on social networks with the aim of putting political pressure on the President of the country, Jakov Milatović.

Announcements for organizing marches "for the treason of Jakov Milatović" were published on the Facebook pages "Osvježi.me", "Narodna sloga", as well as many other troll havens.

This information was also published by obscure portals under the auspices of pro-Serbian parties in Montenegro, stating that the marches would start from Nikšić and Danilovgrad, and that they would also spill over to Budva.

Photos of Milatović are being shared on social media with the captions that he is a traitor, "give me back my voice", "soon on the streets"...

But the pressure on Milatović is not limited to social media; 27 councilors from the PES-DCG and For the Future of Podgorica coalition list in the Capital City Assembly have also reacted, calling, as they say, on all free, conscientious and morally responsible councilors in the Capital City Assembly not to participate in creating a majority that aims to return the DPS and Đukanović's system to positions of power and decision-making.

PES MP Vasilije Čarapić said that "Milatović has been politically buried", and Slađana Kaluđerović from the SNP also spoke out on social media, telling him that "he deceived the people", and that Milatović is currently an intruder in the Presidency building.

Vesna Bratić also spoke out, asking former Prime Minister Zdravko Krivokapić, as she says after their not-so-pleasant last meeting, to reconcile the “apostles”.

Leftist activist Dušan Pajović also commented on all these developments on the X network, writing:

Ahead of the second opposition meeting in Podgorica, which was scheduled for 7 p.m., the public was informed that it would not take place after all. The Movement for Podgorica invited the coalition of PES-Democrats and ZBCG to a meeting, while Jakov Milatović said that the future of Podgorica and Montenegro should be found on the ideas led by the unified PES.
