VDT: There are no grounds for initiating proceedings against Đukanović for appearing on "Antena M"

In the case of the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica, which was formed on the occasion of the interview given by "Antena M" Milo Đukanović, and which was submitted by the Police Administration for assessment to the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica, in order to review the possible existence of the elements of the criminal offense for which the prosecution undertakes ex officio, the prosecutor's office assessed that there are no grounds for initiating criminal proceedings against any person, due to any criminal offense for which he is being prosecuted ex officio.

The VDT reminds that the prosecution has given an order to the Police Directorate to obtain and submit an interview in electronic form from "Anten M" to the High State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica.

- The police administration informed the prosecutor's office that the interview in electronic form was not submitted, which is why the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica, in order to rule out the possibility of video editing and other forms of falsification of the video, ordered an expert of the appropriate profession to remove the video in question from the publicly available internet platform and that the finding and opinion on the authenticity of the same. After the expert acted according to the order of the prosecution, and after the review of the subject interview and its analysis, the prosecution assessed that there are no grounds for initiating criminal proceedings against any person, for any criminal offense for which he is being prosecuted ex officio, they stated .
