The formation of the government in Podgorica was preceded by the biggest political fraud that Montenegro has experienced since the introduction of multi-party politics, believes former mayor and DPS MP Ivan Vuković.
"Yesterday, Podgorica got a new city government. This was preceded by the biggest political fraud that Montenegro has experienced since the introduction of multi-party politics, which is why - although I have already done so once, in April 2023 - it is not possible to congratulate those who will, in the coming period, govern the city," Vuković announced on the X network.
