Vice-President of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) and former mayor of Podgorica, Ivan Vuković, announced that the majority in the Assembly of the Capital City failed to provide a quorum for today's session, where, he adds, it is planned to declare about 30 important issues for the citizens of Podgorica.

Vuković stated on Twitter that the President of the Assembly of the Capital City, Jelena Borovinić Bojobić, noted that no member of the council has announced absence from the session. Therefore, there is no story about "objective reasons" for the absence of councilors.
