Zirojević to Laković: Citizens are protesting because of incompetent institutions, which are unable to provide them with what is legally theirs

SD MP Nikola Zirojević responded to PES MP Miodrag Laković, who called on the Ministry of Interior and the Police to ensure the passability of roads in Montenegro on the X network.

"Colleague Laković, the competent institutions you mentioned primarily have the role of guaranteeing security for citizens in and outside their homes. Given that they have failed in this, which is why, for example, they are protesting in Cetinje, what you are talking about cannot be a priority," Zirojević stated.

Also, Zirojević adds, the aforementioned institutions are obliged to enable citizens to conduct the electoral process in accordance with the laws of this country.

"Given that they have failed in this, which is why my dissenters are protesting in Šavnik, what you are talking about cannot be a priority," Zirojević points out.

According to him, citizens who are protesting, regardless of which political option they belong to, are protesting against incompetent institutions that are unable to provide them with what they are entitled to, according to the law.

"That's why, although it is frustrating, you will be a little late in the jellyfish hunt," Zirojević concluded.
