Živković: We will initiate the dismissal of Andrija Mandić, the prosecution did not do its job

Andrija Mandić's responsibility is greater due to the fact that he hired Danilo Mandić as a member of security, said the president of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) at a press conference in the Parliament of Montenegro.

- The topic of today's DPS press conference is a scandalous event that happened a few days ago, where a member of Andrija Mandić's security wounded two people. It has been proven that he used an official vehicle of the Parliament of Montenegro - adds Živković.

He states that he hired this person as a member of security, aware that he was a returnee when it comes to criminal offenses.

Živković says that the cooperation of state authorities and that the Ministry of the Interior and the prosecution clearly did not do their job raise more suspicions about this entire case.

- The prosecutor was not present at the scene that night. Here they want to cover up the case and questions are being asked: How is it possible for a BIL person to be in the circle of a protected person. The Democratic Party of Socialists will request a control hearing of the Supreme State Prosecutor Milorad Marković and initiate the dismissal of the head of parliament Andrija Mandić - said Živković.

He said that three justified questions are being asked - how did the Police Administration allow BIL to be the security of a protected person, who allowed the use of the parliamentary vehicle and why the prosecutor was not on the spot.

Živković believes that they expected Andrija Mandić to resign himself.
