Bravo Movement Councilor in the Novi Sad City Assembly Miran Pogačar has been detained, his fellow opposition councilors said.
As reported by N1, Pogačar was separated from a group of opposition councilors and taken to one of the assembly rooms, accompanied by two police officers, while members of the riot police were evicting opposition councilors from the City Hall.
The provincial MP told N1 that Pogačar was the only one left inside and that he was detained in handcuffs. She added that Pogačar will be taken to the Stari Grad police station.
