Russians confirm: We are arriving for negotiations with Ukrainians

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that the Russian delegation will be in Istanbul on May 15, adding that they expect the Ukrainian side to appear at the negotiations.

Recall that the European Union's ultimatum to Putin and Russia to agree to a 30-day ceasefire or face significantly greater sanctions expired at midnight. On Sunday, Putin proposed negotiations between Ukraine and Russia, which should be held on Thursday in Istanbul.
