The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, said that Ukraine will introduce its allies with the War Victory Plan at the session of the UN General Assembly in New York next Sunday.
He noted that throughout the day he had meetings in various formats to prepare Ukraine's victory plan.
"Specifically, the meetings discussed the actual implementation of all points of this plan. Military content, political, diplomatic, economic... And the steps necessary for Ukraine have already been determined, absolutely clearly. What can give us the strongest possible position to achieve a just peace", Zelenski said in tonight's video address, reports Ukrinform.
He explained that for each step there is a precise list, what exactly is needed, what exactly will be done to strengthen the position of Ukraine.
"And together, this package can ensure the correct development of the situation not only for Ukraine, but also for everyone in the world who appreciates international law. The victory plan is more than 90 percent ready. Ukraine will present it to its allies next Sunday," the President of Ukraine emphasized.
The adviser to the chief of staff of the President of Ukraine, Sergei Leshchenko, previously stated that the permission for long-range missile strikes on Russian territory is an important part of Ukraine's "victory plan".
This applies to Russian airfields, military bases and warehouses.
According to Leshchenko, a meeting between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi and US President Joseph Biden is planned during the UN General Assembly on September 25. The general debate in the UN General Assembly begins on September 24, and on that day Biden's speech is scheduled, and the next day, on September 25, the Ukrainian president will speak.
